How Do I Contact Customer Support?

For Help center:

Feel free to contact us anytime if you have any questions WX Network related! To do this, click on the chat icon at the lower right corner of the screen:

Then click on the Send us a message button in the appeared tab:


For Web/Desktop app:

If you are using Web/Desktop versions of our application, click on the Chat icon, as you can see on the screenshot below:

Then click on the Send us a message button in the appeared tab:


For Mobile app:

If you use WX Network app, navigate to the More tab and tap on the Support icon. If you are not logged in your account, click on the Chat icon at the top right corner. After that, tap on Send us a message button.


If you use the Exchange mobile app, click on the Chat icon, as you can see on the screenshots below. Then click on the Send us a message button.

If you use the WX Invest mobile app, click on the Chat icon, as you can see on the screenshots below. Then click the Send us a message button.
