How to Receive cryptocurrency from external blockchain
You can use either WX Network web app, or WX Network desktop app for Windows, macOS or Linux.
⚠️ When receiving cryptocurrency, please carefully read the transaction conditions displayed in the user interface. While we don't charge any fees for the deposit transactions, the sender side may charge commission for the transaction.
The transaction fee may vary depending on the selected cryptocurrency.

Open Waves.Exchange app and in the Wallet tab click Deposit & Withdraw button on the top right corner.
You will be redirected to the Deposit/Withdraw page. On this page, you need to select an asset you want to deposit from the list or type its name (for example, XTN).
In the next stage, you need to select the deposit method. It means that you need to choose a network/blockchain you want to send cryptocurrency through. Once you choose the deposit method, deposit address and deposit conditions will appear on the right side of the deposit tab.
So for example if you want to deposit USDT from an external network/blockchain (another wallet or exchange), select Ethereum (ERC20), BSC (BEP20), or Polygon.

⚠️Pay attention to important points:
• The network you select must correspond with the network of the platform you are withdrawing funds from. If you choose the wrong network, you will lose your funds
• If a network or a fork of the Ethereum (ETH) network is selected, the token standard must match the token standard on the platform from which you withdraw funds
• There is a minimum deposit amount for transfers from the external wallet/exchange. If you send less, you will lose your funds.
Processing may take up to 60 minutes to complete.

Open Waves.Exchange and in the Wallet tab click Deposit & Withdraw button on the top right corner.
In the appeared, window click on the Withdraw, then choose an asset you want to withdraw (for example, XTN) and enter the destination address.
After the destination address entering, the destination network will be chosen automatically. If the destination address has the type which can belong to different networks, you need to select the destination network manually.
Note: make sure that the platform/wallet you are withdrawing funds to supports depositing of these funds through the selected network.
Once you select the network, the additional form will appear on the right side of the window. This form contains the transfer conditions, withdrawing fees info, and the withdrawal amount field. Enter the amount you want to withdraw and click on the Withdraw button.
In the last step, double-check the withdrawal data and confirm the action by clicking the Withdraw button.
After several minutes, the transaction info will appear in Deposit & Withdrawal Transactions tab.
