How to Receive cryptocurrency from external blockchain
⚠️ When receiving cryptocurrency, please carefully read the transaction conditions displayed in the user interface. While we don't charge any fees for the deposit transactions, the sender side may charge commission for the transactions.
The transaction fee may vary depending on the selected cryptocurrency.
Open the installed WX Network app, log in to your account, and at the top left corner of the interface tap the pointed icon, then tap Deposit.
Select the cryptocurrency you want to receive from the list or type its name in the search bar.
In the next, you will be prompted to choose the network you want to use for the deposit. Depending on the chosen cryptocurrency, you will be offered one or more networks through which you can replenish your account balance.
Once you choose the network, the deposit address will be displayed. Use the displayed address or the QR Code for the payment. Please read the conditions carefully and check the entered data before you proceed.
⚠️ Take into account that there is a minimum deposit amount. Please use the displayed address only for sending the selected cryptocurrency from external non-WX Network wallets. Sending other than the selected cryptocurrency to this address may result in the total loss of your deposit.
Note: You can receive Bitcoins to SegWit Address or Legacy Address. SegWit Addresses begin with bc1 and have reduced transaction fees, but may not be supported in some cases. Legacy Addresses begin with 1 and work everywhere. Both are safe to use.
How to Send cryptocurrency to external blockchain
Open the installed WX Network app, log in to your account and at the bottom of the interface, tap the following icon, then tap Withdraw.
In the next step, choose the cryptocurrency you want to withdraw or type its name in the search bar.
In the following screen choose a network you want to send tokens to and then fill in the sending form specifing the recipient address and sending amount.
Note: To send assets to WX Network accounts, use the recipient's WX Network address, as described in How to Receive Assets from WX Network Users section.
Please read the conditions carefully and check the entered data before you proceed.
After filling the form tap Withdraw/Transfer, double-check the entered data in the pop-up window, and tap Withdraw/Invoke one more time.
Processing may take up to 60 minutes to complete.
