Algorithmic trading is a semi-DeFi product on the Waves blockchain that is driven by the automated market order execution system based on pre-programmed trading commands or specifications.

You can invest in algorithmic trading. The invested funds are accumulated on the Waves blockchain and then proxied into algorithmic trading strategies among few centralized exchanges, like Bitmex, Binance, Okex, etc., part of the invested funds are also used on WX Network.

Investing in algorithmic trading is associated with high profit and therefore, there are some risks. You can learn more about any possible risks in terms of investing in the Algorithmic Trading available on WX Network.

When you invest in algorithmic trading, you can select the risk level of your investment on your own (either Moderate or Aggressive). Based on that selection, you receive a certain type of ALP assets in return. ALP is the assurance asset that proves that your assets are invested in the smart contract

You can withdraw your assets at any time, i.e. exchange your ALP assets to the assets that you originally invested at a new price. Your income is the difference between the ALP price when you invest and the further price fluctuations when your investment is over.

Open WX Network and sign in to your account. After this step, hover over the Investments tab, then click the Algorithmic Trading button.

Click the Invest button in the appeared window

In the next window, enter the amount you want to invest in the I send field (in the I receive field will appear the approximate amount of the ALP asset that you will be able to claim).

After that, check the box I agree with rules, after reading the rules, and click the Invest button.

Clicking the Invest means you create a request to exchange the invested assets for ALP assets. You will get ALP assets from a smart contract after the end of the settlement period by clicking the Get button in the Algorithmic trading transactions field.

Firstly, you need to open the WX Network and sign in to your wallet. After this step, hover over the Investments tab, then click the Algorithmic Trading button.

Click the Withdraw button in the appeared window

In the next window, enter the amount you want to withdraw in the I send field (in the I receive field will appear the approximate amount of the invested assets that you are eligible to receive).

After that, check the box I agree with rules, after reading the rules, and click the Withdraw button.

Clicking the Withdraw button means you are about to create a request to exchange the ALP assets for the invested assets. You will get invested assets from a smart contract after the end of the settlement period by clicking the Get button in the Algorithmic trading transactions field.

Question: I have invested in algorithmic trading, but the invested assets are not displayed in my account. Why?

Answer: Probably, you did not take the ALP assets that you received in return for the invested funds from the smart contract. To transfer ALP assets to your account, click the Get --- button in the Algorithmic Trading Transactions section.

Question: Why is the Get --- button unavailable?

Answer: You can transfer ALP assets from a smart contract to your account balance after the expiration of the settlement period. The notification about the end of the settlement period shows your local time in a 24-hour format.

Question: I don't receive daily income. Where is it?

Answer: The Algorithmic trading income is not credited to the investor's balance periodically (daily or weekly). The investor receives income once it withdraws invested funds (or part of them) from Algorithmic trading.

The income depends on the price of the ALP asset at the time of investment and the price of the ALP asset at the time of funds withdrawal from Algorithmic trading.

Question: What is APY? What is the maximum historical drawdown?

Answer: APY is the annual profitability of a product, calculated on the basis of data for the entire lifetime of Algorithmic trading. It does not depend on the amount of your investment.

The maximum historical drawdown is an indicator of how much the ALP asset price can decrease. It is based on data for the entire existence of Algorithmic trading.

Question: When will the investment limit be updated? When I am able to invest?

Answer: Sometimes, when you hover over the Invest button, you can see the following notice: Beta mode. The investment limit has been used up for today. Please try again after ... (time). It means the investment limit has been reached by other users. You can invest after the time indicated in the notification. It is your local time in 24-hour format.

Question: I do not have enough assets to pay the fees for withdrawing funds from Algorithmic trading?

Answer: To pay the fees you can buy XTN/BTC using a bank card or transfer Waves, BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, XTN, LTC, or CRV from another cryptocurrency wallet or exchange to your WX Network account.

Question: How can I invest in BTC algorithmic trading?

Answer: We are currently improving our trading strategy and along with other measures, we are suspending the investments in BTC algorithmic trading. The withdrawal of BTC from algorithmic trading is available.
